Selection Hint Review by Michael Beale Before Sunderland vs. Plymouth
Michael Beale, the manager of Sunderland, has provided some information about the strikers he will choose in the upcoming weeks.
This weekend, Sunderland will welcome Plymouth Argyle at the Stadium of Light.
Given that Plymouth is now ranked 22nd in the away form chart, it should be another thrilling encounter that the Black Cats can win.
Sunderland, who have won their past two games, may move back into the top six with three points, which would also relieve some of the early pressure on Beale’s team.

Summertime acquisition Rusyn has been a topic of discussion all season long, but he has just found his scoring groove, netting two goals for the U21s in a recent victory against Leeds United and one in the team’s most recent game against Middlesbrough.
Michael Beale’s attacking alternatives are beginning to appear more profitable.
It has been a recurring trend for Sunderland, at least in the last year, not to have a true, all-out no. 9.
There is a lot of pressure on guys like Rusyn to perform well since the team does have talent, but none of them have ever been able to match Ross Stewart’s goals.
It has also been challenging. With just two goals in his first 14 league games since moving to England, he had no prior experience playing in the United Kingdom. Needless to say, his first season on Wearside has not been easy.
However, he is beginning to have the makings of a very talented player. Furthermore, Luis Hemir has been drawing attention for the U21s lately, and many believe that in six or a year, he’ll be a very potent striker for Sunderland.
It remains to be seen if Mason Burstow maintains his starting position this weekend. Given that Burstow is only on loan, Beale may wish to give his permanent players more game time before the upcoming campaign. Rusyn may have demonstrated his greater value as an impact player against Middlesbrough.
