Montpellier is pursuing a Russian speedster for a move to Europe.

Sevu Reece, an All Blacks winger, may not have much time left in New Zealand as the French team Montpellier is rumored to be interested in him.

The 27-year-old was a key member of the Crusaders dynasty which won seven Super Rugby titles in as many years under Scott Robertson. He has played 23 tests for the All Blacks.

Nonetheless, Montpellier is keen to get Reece into the Top 14, according to French publication Rugby Rama.

Reece’s contract with New Zealand Rugby ends at the conclusion of the 2024 season, despite the fact that he has scored 15 tries in his 23 matches. This might lead to a move overseas, possibly to France or another country.
