Moyes needs to improve his center midfield department, with additional competition and cover for Edson Alvarez, Tomas Soucek, and James Ward-Prowse.
It has been reported that the Hammers manager would not attempt to make Kalvin Phillips’ loan transfer permanent in the summer, therefore another central midfielder might be on his way to the London Stadium.
Moyes would want to bring in someone who can play in a variety of positions, such as a flexible midfielder capable of playing defensively, orthodoxly, or offensively.
