According to Dr Rajpal Brar, Leeds United forward Crysencio Summerville is unlikely to be out for an extended period of time due to injury.
The injury specialist has reacted to Daniel Farke’s report following Leeds’ 2-0 victory against Millwall.
The German said that, while the Dutchman received a knock, it was not considered significant.
Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, Brar, a Physical Therapist and Sports Scientist, said of Summerville:
“Unless there is an unexpected reaction, I do not anticipate any additional scans.
“The physios will continue to watch the situation and see how it progresses.
“Unless there’s a setback behind the scenes which the club have not made official yet, I fully expect him to be available after the international break.”
Injury relief for Leeds United
Summerville has undoubtedly been Leeds’ finest player this season, and losing him would be a big loss to Farke.
This season, he has 15 league goals and eight assists to help the Whites finish first.
