Chris Wilder gave an update on squad availability as he prepares his side for Thursday’s Premier League encounter with Liverpool at Anfield.
The Blades boss confirmed George Baldock’s calf injury will likely keep him out for six weeks, whilst he admitted midfielder Tom Davies is also in a similar situation regarding how long he’ll be on the sidelines. There appeared to be better news on striker Cameron Archer as he continues to make good progress following a calf issue.
Wilder again praised the contribution of youngster Oliver Arblaster but also acknowledged he took a knock in the draw with Fulham at the weekend, whilst he also gave an update on Vini Souza who was suffering the effects of cramp late on in the 3-3 draw at Bramall Lane.
