According to sources who spoke to Football Insider, Crystal Palace, Burnley, and Bournemouth, the three Premier League teams, are prepared to compete for the signing of Queens Park Rangers player Jake Clarke-Salter this summer.

After making an impression in the Championship, the 26-year-old center defender may be headed for a big-money move in the off-season.

On Wednesday, April 3, Football Insider disclosed that Celtic is preparing a raid for Clarke-Salter as they seek defensive reinforcements.

Now prepared to challenge the Scottish Premiership heavyweights for the Chelsea trainee’s signing in the summer transfer window are Palace, Burnley, and Bournemouth.

For QPR in the 2023–24 season, Clarke–Salter has made 29 appearances overall, 25 of which have been starts.

This summer, Celtic will outbid Crystal Palace for the former Chelsea defender.

At the beginning of this term, he was out of favor with Gareth Ainsworth; but, once Marti Cifuentes was appointed in October, he has been a regular.
