Sky Sports announced a significant adjustment that impacts Blackpool, Barnsley, Charlton Athletic, and opponents.
Former Auburn linebacker Cam Riley is allegedly transferring to Florida State to play for the Seminoles in 2024, according to 247Sports’ Zach Blostein.
Riley offers extensive experience to Florida State’s linebacker core. He has appeared in 46 games for Auburn since 2020, recording 120 total tackles, eight tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks. The former Auburn linebacker achieved a career best for sacks in 2023.
The linebacker was a member of the 2020 class from Evergreen, Alabama. He chose the Tigers over LSU, Texas A&M, Alabama, Tennessee, and several other Power 4 teams. The On3 Transfer Portal Industry Rankings gave him a three-star rating as a linebacker.
Mike Norvell, Florida State’s head coach, has been active in the portal. The Seminoles now have 17 overall transfer commitments, including quarterback DJ Uiagalelei, defensive back Omarion Cooper, running back Roydell Williams, and a number of other key players.
Auburn’s recent portal exits include wide receiver Koy Moore, offensive lineman Garner Langlo, defensive back Colton Hood, linebacker Wesley Steiner, and wide receiver Jay Fair. The Tigers have added 14 players through the portal. Auburn’s 2024 roster will include KeAndre Lambert-Smith, Antonio Kite, Robert Lewis, and Sam Jackson V.
