Lamar Jackson says he has decreased his weight to 205.

Lamar Jackson, the Ravens quarterback, has not spent his offseason lying around eating and watching television. He has worked hard, as shown by his present weight.

Jackson announced on Complex Sports’ Instagram “I Got Time Today” segment that he had lost weight and is now 205 pounds.

Jackson read a number of social media articles about him, including one from nittygrittysportstalk, which stated, “Lamar Jackson is absolutely 2019 MVP thin now…. It might get creepy.”

Jackson said, “Most likely. I was 230 two years ago. “I was 215 last season, but now I’m around 205.”

The Ravens’ roster puts Jackson at 215 pounds, which was his playing weight last season. He entered the NFL at 216 pounds.

In 2022, Jackson gained muscular bulk, bringing his weight to 220 pounds. He stated at the time that he simply “wanted to do it [to] see how I look, how I feel, and I feel good.”

He lost five pounds last year and won his second MVP title.
