Jude-Boyd enjoyed an excellent loan spell with Torquay after being named the club’s Young Player of the Season despite only joining in January.

The defender, who can also play on the wing, scored six goals in 17 appearances in the National League South and earned three Player of the Month awards at Plainmoor.

But that hasn’t proven to be enough to earn the Englishman a new contract at QPR, with his deal set to expire next month.

Jude-Boyd has failed to make any senior appearances for the Rs after progressing through the ranks at Loftus Road.

The right-back is now set to leave the west London club in the coming weeks, with Plymouth and Rotherham both monitoring his situation.
