“In The Hunt”: Journalist Verifies Wolves Are Currently Examining Signing A £50 Million Superstar

Wolves are looking to add more offensive players, and there are still rumors linking them to Eddie Nketiah of Arsenal.

In the previous Premier League season, Wolves performed better than expected, finishing just outside the top half.
Eddie Nketiah, who may want to leave, has Wolves, Crystal Palace, and Fulham in their crosshairs.

Nketiah is being pursued by Wolves, Palace, and Fulham; but, Arsenal’s hefty asking price may prove to be a barrier.
After a fantastic run of form during the winter, Wolverhampton Wanderers’ season went from being predicted to be miserable to being a more-than-respectable one in the Premier League. However, with improvements still needed to the squad, they are expected to compete with Crystal Palace and Fulham for the signing of Eddie Nketiah from Arsenal, Dean Jones exclusively told GIVEMESPORT.

Wolves had a solid, if unspectacular, start to the season before winning seven of their first twelve Premier League games and vaulting into the top half of the standings. After starting just 10 top-flight games this season—none of which were in 2024—and playing third fiddle to Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus, Nketiah has long been linked to a move away from Arsenal.

Havertz adopted a deep-lying attacking role after Mikel Arteta changed his playmaking approach. This was demonstrated by his prolific scoring late in the season, as he finished with nine goals in 14 Premier League games.
Jesus has struggled and has also been connected to departure, but according to Jones, Nketiah has attracted attention from Wolves, Palace, and Fulham; Leicester has also been linked to a transfer. Arsenal has reportedly placed a £50 million price tag on their domestic talent, which may deter some teams from making a transfer.

Jones says “Wolves Have Long-Standing Interest”
Wolves have been keeping an eye on Nketiah for a while.

Speaking only to GIVEMESPORT, Jones stated that Wolves’ long-standing interest in the striker may be sufficient to get him to go to Molineux in the north. Jones stated:
