Auburn Tigers News: Four-star running back Bryce Deas commits to AU, like the lifestyle on the Plains
Today’s Auburn Tigers News has the addition of a 2025 commit to the football team, as well as a 4-star running back who thinks he would fit right in with the Tigers.

In today’s Auburn Tigers News, the football team at Auburn adds a 2025 commit, and a four-star running back thinks he’ll fit in well with the Tigers.

Four-star linebacker Bryce Deas visited Auburn football over the weekend for a private workout and camp, motivated by his close buddy and teammate Blake Woodby’s official visit experience on the Plains. Deas accepted an offer with the Tigers on Tuesday after spending two days on the Plains.

In the private workout, Deas collaborated closely with defensive coordinator DJ Durkin, and having so much time with the coaches made Deas’ prompt selection easy to understand.

Deas reportedly added, “You can tell that they want to make you better,” according to Auburn Undercover. “They address every issue and mistake I made, providing guidance on each. Merely having the ability to be coachable would benefit Coach Durkin and myself both.”

Deas, a linebacker in the class of 2025 who is rated #66 and as the #16 prospect out of Maryland, is being recruited to Auburn as a “defensive athlete” who can play a variety of positions for the Tigers.
