As Charlie Wyke gets about to depart Wigan Athletic, there are rumors that Bradford City is in negotiations with him about making a reunion move.
Wyke was a member of Bradford City’s roster from January 2017 until the summer of 2018, and rumors have it that the Bantams are hoping to have him return to Valley Parade for a second season.
Wigan Athletic, a League One team, is losing the 31-year-old this summer. Although the Yorkshire team first believed his salary would be too exorbitant, they are optimistic about a deal. Reporter Alan Nixon revealed this on his Patreon, according to him.
Bradford City needs goals so badly that it could be a good idea for the team to consider Wyke’s options in the event that a deal falls through.

Cambridge United’s Fejiri Okenabirhie
Okenabirhie’s tenure at Cambridge United is scheduled to expire this summer, but before the following season begins, he should have supporters in both League One and League Two.
The 28-year-old finished the previous season with two goals and two assists in 21 games played in the third division; he added two more goals to his total in the FA Cup and EFL Cup.
Although Okenabirhie has shown to be a respectable third-tier goal scorer over the years, a transfer to League Two with a team like Bradford City would enable the striker to reach new heights.
Manchester United’s Charlie McNeill
McNeill, a striker, is also searching for a new team. He is 20 years old.
McNeill has failed to get going after having excellent success at the U18 level, and his loans to Stevenage and Newport County haven’t produced any results. The child is still young, though, and having the opportunity to start at a permanent residence with a high ceiling may be perfect.
