Three Seminoles players need to have a breakthrough in fall camp.
There are three Seminoles players that will need to step up in fall camp.
Before the fan base can blink, Florida State football will arrive. After winning a conference title and going undefeated throughout the regular season in 2023, the Seminoles are in good spirits.
Still, there’s a sour taste in our mouths from the College Football Playoff committee denying the Seminoles a chance to play for a national title.
The Seminoles’ season debut against Georgia Tech in Dublin, Ireland on Saturday, August 24th, is in 48 days. It seemed like it will never arrive quickly enough.
Mike Norvell, the head football coach, and his coaching staff added a number of new players to the squad who are expected to make significant contributions. Players including quarterback Jordan Travis, running back Trey Benson, wide receivers Keon Coleman and Johnny Wilson, defensive end Jared Verse, and defensive tackle Braden Fiske will no longer be wearing the garnet and gold, so it may take some getting used to.
Fall camp starts in just over two weeks, and three guys need to perform well if they want to see a lot of playing time this year.
