Although many had not anticipated such a start from the first overall choice, he could always make adjustments in the future.
After a back-and-forth over whether Wilson would start for Pittsburgh, Fields had a strong start for the Steelers. Fields put up decent stats, but his absence of errors in the previous game was his most noteworthy performance. Fields has the potential to develop into an explosive player for the Steelers going ahead if he can get over his past blunders.
When it comes to Fields, don’t get over away since, despite Pittsburgh’s victory, the offense only managed field goals. The coaching staff’s quick effort to improve Fields’ surroundings was a wise move.
The Steelers and Fields must exaggerate his stats and continue to win if they hope to make the Bears regret their previous transaction.
