Dallas Cowboys: A promising second-round pick’s practice window opened
Before their upcoming game, the Dallas Cowboys’ star, who had a non-contact knee injury, is returning to practice.
During the first 11 weeks of the 2024 regular season, the Dallas Cowboys’ pass rush has generally been disappointing. The Cowboys are now ranked T-23 in sacks, T-16 in pressures, and 25th in pass rush victory rate hence far. Their defensive ends’ injuries, which have caused four of their best EDGE rushers to miss at least four games, may be somewhat to blame for their pass rush problems.
The rookie selected in the second round by the Dallas Cowboys has not played since Week 5.
During the first quarter of their Week 5 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers, Arshawn Kneeland was taken off the field by the medical personnel due to a non-contact knee injury. Kneeland’s right knee had a partly torn meniscus that needed arthroscopic surgery, but he was spared a devastating ACL damage. The Cowboys put their talented rookie on injured reserve as a result, and he missed five games and six weeks.
