Patrick Mahomes’ Odd Conduct Following the Chiefs-Panthers Game

It was a thrilling game, with the Kansas City Chiefs defeating the Carolina Panthers 30-27. In Week 12, quarterback Patrick Mahomes of the Chiefs ran for 60 yards and passed for 269 yards and three touchdowns. Mahomes matched Hall of Fame quarterback Len Dawson for the most throwing touchdowns in team history after he connected with wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins in the red zone. But the three-time MVP of the Super Bowl was also fired five times. The Chiefs’ offensive line gave up 12 sacks this season before Sunday’s game. “Unlike most days after a game, quarterback Patrick Mahomes didn’t chat with many teammates in the locker room,” according to Nate Taylor of The Athletic. The odd behavior of the 29-year-old quarterback wasn’t unique to him.
