Callum Hudson-Odoi recently spoke to Sky Sports News about how Nuno Espírito Santo stands out from the other managers he has worked with in his career.
He highlighted the trust and belief Santo instills in his players, saying:
“With Nuno, compared to my previous managers, it’s really about the trust and confidence he has in every player. He gives me that belief, which allows me to step onto the pitch, be myself, and prove why he has that faith in me.”
Hudson-Odoi also emphasized the importance of knowing his role in the team, adding:
“For me, understanding how I can contribute to the team is crucial. Having that consistency and freedom to play my game makes a huge difference.”
