Three former Alabama football standouts are among the 17 players confirmed to attend the 2025 NFL Draft, the league announced Monday. Tyler Booker, Jihaad Campbell, and Jalen Milroe will all be present in Green Bay for the event.
Booker, who started two seasons at guard for the Crimson Tide, earned numerous All-SEC and All-America accolades during his time in Tuscaloosa. A former team captain, he’s widely projected as a first-round pick after declaring early for the draft.
Standing at 6-foot-6 and weighing 321 pounds, Booker returned to Tuscaloosa this past weekend for the A-Day Walk of Fame ceremony. There, he reflected on his journey and the significance of playing at Alabama.
“I’m from New Haven, Connecticut—a place not known for football—but I’ve loved the game since I was a kid,” Booker said. “Being in a place like Alabama, where football is part of the culture and community, has been a blessing.”
Linebacker Jihaad Campbell also opted to enter the draft early, following a breakout season in his first year as a full-time starter. Campbell is also expected to go in the first round after racking up 119 total tackles and five sacks last season.
Milroe, Alabama’s starting quarterback over the past two seasons, had an up-and-down career with the Tide. Known for his elite athleticism and strong arm, he also struggled at times with decision-making.
The Texas native is expected to be the third quarterback selected in the draft, following Miami’s Cam Ward and Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders.
The 2025 NFL Draft will begin with the first round on April 24. Rounds two and three will take place on April 25, with the final four rounds wrapping up on April 26.
