Sheffield United are expecting to lose at least a few of players this summer if relegation to the Championship is confirmed.

The fans is now fully aware of United’s transfer deal with Aston Villa for Cameron Archer.

The 22-year-old joined Sheffield United this summer for an estimated cost of £18 million, with a contract extension until 2027. Further information was released, suggesting that the first arrangement was for £9 million.

Additionally, if Sheffield United maintains its top-tier status, they will owe Aston Villa an extra £9 million. In contrast, relegation would result in a repayment of the initial £9 million, with Villa under an obligation to acquire in this situation.
