In an attempt to maintain their momentum, Celtic will be back in action this weekend as they travel to Dundee on the road. The last time they played in the Scottish Cup semi-final, they defeated Aberdeen on penalties.

On Sunday, Rangers will play St Mirren at home. Here are some of the most recent rumors and reports about the two in the meantime…

Since joining the Glasgow team in 2019, Taylor, 26, has been a member of the Celtic Park roster. In that time, he has made 166 appearances across all competitions and contributed eight goals. The former youth product of the Rangers gained recognition at Kilmarnock, where he later played 131 games for the Rugby Park team.

Update on attackers
Striker Kemar Roofe is ‘likely’ to depart Rangers at the end of the current season, according to Football Insider, as English sides including Sheffield United, QPR, Sunderland, and Fulham are showing interest. The former player for West Brom and Leeds United came to the Gers from Anderlecht in 2020, and he has already spent almost four years in Scotland.

Under previous manager Steven Gerrard, he won the title in 2021 and has scored 38 goals in 98 games. But if rumors are to be believed, he could actually be leaving later this year.

By severing relations with Roofe, Philippe Clement’s team would have more room and money to add more troops before the next season. He is mostly utilized off the bench these days and is no longer guaranteed a starting position.
