Anadolu Efes has signed Jordan Nwora, who played for both the Pacers and the Raptors last season, the Turkish team said (via Twitter). After four NBA seasons, the 25-year-old small forward is traveling abroad for the first time.

Throughout the last two winters, Nwora has been involved in several big moves. In the four-team trade that sent Kevin Durant to Phoenix in February 2023, he traveled from the Bucks to the Pacers. In January 2024, he was transferred from Indiana to Toronto as part of the Pascal Siakam trade.

 

Before being traded, Nwora played in just 18 games for Indiana last season. He was given a better chance.

to play for the Raptors, and in 34 games, he answered by averaging 7.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 15.6 minutes per night of play. But, his two-year contract ended at the end of the previous season, and he became a free agency since Toronto did not consider him a long-term player.

Milwaukee chose Nwora with the 45th pick in the 2020 draft. After playing with the Bucks for his first two and a half years, he had his greatest season in 2021/22, making 62 appearances and averaging 7.9 points per game.

 

Nwora will play with former NBA player and current European superstar Shane Larkin with Anadolu Efes.
