Eight months have passed since the current Sheffield United ownership began negotiations, and no agreement has yet been signed.
Positive negotiations had reportedly taken place, according to Andy Giddings’ earlier this month’s reports; the last details still needed to be worked out before anything could be finalized.
The Yorkshire team’s financial problems under current owner Prince Abdullah have resulted in a two-point deduction punishment from the EFL for this season.

Additionally, according to Alan Nixon, Page wants to add an Albanian investor to the mix to bring in new capital.It’s unclear when an agreement would be finalized because negotiations appear to be dragging into October at this point.
