Los Angeles Rams: Disclosed a Positive Injuries Update Regarding Their Only Super Bowl Winning Attack Lineman
On Sunday night, the Los Angeles Rams and Detroit Lions squared off in their first regular season game. Due to rules violations, the Rams were unable to have a possession of the ball, and the Lions emerged victorious 26–20 after an overtime score on the opening drive. The Rams’ offensive linemen sustained many injuries throughout the game.
Joseph Noteboom, a left tackle, sustained an ankle injury. He was dragged off the field by the medical team during the first half, and he did not come back to play. Due to a major ankle sprain, he will be out for a few weeks at least.
Steve Avila, the left guard, hurt his knee in the first half. In the second half of the match, he left the game. He is an injured reserve candidate and will lose time due to an MCL strain.

Despite having an ankle injury during the game, right guard Kevin Dotson was able to play every snap and was seen wearing a walking boot after the game. He has a lateral ankle sprain, thus he is not very well. Sean McVay hopes everything works out for Dotson.
Due to an injury, the right tackle for the Los Angeles Rams missed Week 1.
Rob Havenstein’s ankle issue kept him out of the first week. After suffering an ankle injury during their second training camp week, Havenstein was out for more than a month. He was limited in practice on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday after his comeback last week. He was deemed doubtful by the Rams, but in the end, he was not used.
Warren McClendon Jr. began the Rams’ game at right guard. McClendon, a fifth-round selection from the previous year, made his debut. Considering that this was his first start, he performed rather well, averaging five pressures, two hurries, and three hits per PFF.
Rob Havenstein was given a positive injury report.
